Hit By A Truck records warmly welcomes Radiolevel, an artist whose star is rising. His music comes with a message: where words are often misunderstood in this world, he communicates and expresses himself in sound and rhythm. He creates a secret doorway to the innerself, urging people to come together in a peaceful and pure way. Born in Guyana in South America, his music breaths rhythm. Raised in Belgium, his first love was hip hop, a groove he takes along in the electronic music he produces today.

With “Enter the square” Radiolevel takes you deep underground where the sound of a seducing bass leads the way. Jump on and enter Radiolevel’s intense square. This first track comes with a minimal tech remix from Crack and Crunch. He stripped the original, left nothing but the spaced out vocals and encapsulated them by impending drums. If alien tribes would exist, they would dance on the third track, a groovy and seductive trip in which techno blends smoothly with trancy melodies. Radiolevel gets “under your skin” indeed. “Differences” enlightens the party night like a full moon. A funky track embedded in soulful, beautiful vocals on pure rhythms. Sure, this EP will hit you and stick to you just like being hit by a truck.

Describe the record in five words.

Connecting, inner groove, deep, journey, soulful.

What is it about the record that will appeal to the fans?

The groovy rhythm and the pure percussion are great to dance on. Each track’s mood, is unique. From deep and dark to funky and bright. It brings you to the essence, to your primal inner dancer.

How does it differ from your last release?

As I evolve, my music evolves with me, both technically and emotionally. The tracks on this record are more underground.

What was the inspiration for this release?

I actually wanted to create music I myself would totally freak on the dance floor. the scene in The Matrix in which people are dancing on a tribal track was among other things, an inspiration for the atmosphere and the energy of my tracks.

If you had the chance to play this in any club, which would it be?

Fuse, in marvellous Brussels. :)
