Mite Music is a brand new label that kicks off with a top new EP from UK duo Midnight Workouts. Entitled Real Love, it features a stunning single that comes backed with carefully curated remixes from Jay Saccone and Meindel.
The label aims to focus on quality, emotional electronic music from across the globe and that is certainly the case with this first release. Meanwhile, Midnight Workouts is an electronic duo formed by producer Jay Saccone and vocalist Georgie O and together they create powerful, emotional and deep tracks aimed at the finest dance floors.
Real Love in original form is a shimmering house cut with emotive female vocals offering up heartfelt and romantic vibes. Some swooning strings add musical class and slick synths bring heat and colour. The rubbery kicks are bouncy and elastic and all of these elements come together in truly sumptuous style.
Saccone then goes solo for two remixes. The first is stripped back to a spaced out and sundown vocal with only the supplest of deep beats below, and the second is free from vocals, thus allowing the majestically soothing piano chords and rolling beats to really ease your soul.
The first of the two remixes from Meindel is a little more cosmic, with skyward synths and rainy melodies making for a breezy groove, and the second dub version is again without the vocal and so places firm focus on the lush majesty of the synths, drum and chords.
This is truly emotive and original music with proper vocals that cannot fail to find a place in your heart.

We hope they get to experience all the love and emotion that we have put in to this release. It’s emotional, driving and sophisticated at the same time, with summer and feel good elements.

What was the inspiration for this release?
The Inspiration for Real Love came from some lyrics that Georgie had written reflecting the complexity of the situation a friend of hers got into.
